INITIAL POSITION: Ocean Freight product fragmented with no strategic objective, alignment or clarity of stakeholder roles and responsibilities. Sales process and customer pricing without alignment to market. IMPLEMENTATION: Launched strategic global project with a focus on People, Process and Profitability. Upgraded talent and developed new global processes in alignment with Regional CEO’s and HR teams. Optimized ocean carrier management. Resulted in a USD 55m EBIT improvement within 4 years.
Developing Executive Leadership Teams:
INITIAL POSITION: Executive team with low positivity and misalignment. IMPLEMENTATION: Worked on relationships, roles, accountabilities and strategy. Brought in team coach to support process. Focused around 5 key business topics. Resulted in a cohesive team culture (the “A” Team) that delivered on all 5 business goals.
Building LCL Product from the ground up:
IMPLEMENTATION: Defined and articulated strategy gathered support for pilot structure and established proof of concept. Engaged organization to fully invest in and built out global structure.
